You have built something real. A career. A reputation. A version of yourself that worked hard and delivered. And now, quietly, something has shifted. You can feel it, even if you don't have language for it yet.
This is the space for what comes next. Built by someone who has been in those rooms, carried that weight, and found her way through it.
"She is not starting over. She is beginning again, with everything she has earned."
A framework for identity architecture
The women who are most extraordinary are often the ones working hardest to contain it. This work is, in part, about releasing that.
Because I have sat exactly where you are sitting. As someone who spent more than twenty-five years operating at the highest level of global organizations and learned firsthand what it costs to be extraordinary in rooms that weren't always built for you.
I know what it is to be the most capable person in the room and the most privately uncertain.
I know what it is to carry a deep understanding of how your mind works, and still wonder if the room has space for all of it. To hold yourself back, not from lack, but from conditioning. From the story you were handed about which parts of you were acceptable, and which parts needed to stay quiet.
That particular exhaustion, the kind that comes from showing up as a version of yourself that is not complete, is something I understand from the inside. Not as observation. As lived experience.
I did not build The Season Between because I had the answers handed to me. I built it because I did not. I built the space I wish had existed.
This work sits alongside Obsidian Edge Advisory, a strategic advisory practice focused on leadership, organizational design, and people strategy. Obsidian Edge works at the organizational level. The Season Between works at the human level. Same founder. Same philosophy. Two doors into the same belief.
Ready to work with someone who has been in your room?
Request accessFor more than twenty-five years, I have worked as an HR executive inside the organizations where your career is being decided. I know how promotion decisions actually get made. Not the official process. The real one. I know what puts someone on a high-performer list, what it takes to be seen as emerging talent, and what quietly keeps brilliant people invisible despite extraordinary work. I know how succession plans get built and whose name gets written down.
Being good at your job is not enough. Being seen as someone whose trajectory matters - as a high performer, as emerging talent, as someone leadership is actively thinking about - that requires a different kind of work. Strategic work. The kind that is rarely explained to you directly. This is where we go together.
A performance review is not just feedback. It is a message. The rating, the word choices, what is emphasized and what is conspicuously absent - all of it is telling you something about where you stand and what leadership thinks of your trajectory. I can help you read it accurately and understand what is not being said, even when it is being said very loudly.
When it is time to speak about yourself - in your self-review, in a performance conversation, in a room where your trajectory is being shaped - the language you use matters more than most people realize. I can help you find the language that makes your value undeniable. Most people spend entire careers trying to figure this out. You do not have to.

The moment you are in is real. And you deserve someone in your corner who gets it.
In the workplace. In the world. In the quiet space between who you have been and who you are becoming. You feel it even when you cannot name it yet.
You have shown up. Every room. Every review. Every milestone they set, you met. And somewhere along the way you learned to carry it contained. The exhaustion. The uncertainty. The parts of yourself you left at the door because the room did not always have space for all of you.
And then the goalpost moved. Again.
So here is the real question. Is the effort you are putting in worth the reward? What are the trade offs you are making? And if they give you what you earned, will it feel like an accomplishment, or will it feel like resentment?
Those are not easy questions to sit with alone.
Many of the women who find this space are the first of their kind. First in their families to climb this far. No blueprint. No one ahead of them on this path who can reach back and say, here is what I know, here is what it costs, here is how you move.
This is that space. You can say exactly what is happening. We will look at it clearly, without flinching. And then it is game time. We build the plan. We decide how you want to move. And you walk into that next conversation in a way that is authentically you, emotions honored, strategy intact, showing up in a way that represents you well.
I built what I could not find. I built The Season Between so you do not have to wish. I am not your coach. I am your strategic partner. You do not have to navigate this alone.
If this is your season, we want to hear from you.
Request accessThe Season Between is a private, high-touch advisory for women navigating the space between who they were and who they are becoming.
This is not performative reinvention, noisy self-help, or shallow personal branding. It is careful, strategic identity architecture for women whose identities and lives are shifting beneath them.
Before you can move, you need to know where you actually are. A proprietary seven-stage framework for locating yourself in transition and understanding what this season is asking of you. Seven stages. From the moment something ends to the moment you know who you are becoming. Wherever you are in that arc, there is a place for you here.
Every offering at The Season Between is structured around where you are in this arc.
A guided entry point into the work. Seven stages built on the S.E.A.S.O.N.S.™ Framework. Self-guided, at your own pace. And when something surfaces that needs a real conversation, private check-in sessions with Tola are available to move through it together.
A focused three-month engagement for women ready to do the work with support. Dedicated 1:1 sessions, structured around the S.E.A.S.O.N.S.™ Framework.
You walk away with three concrete deliverables that form The Architecture:
The Filter. A personal decision-making criterion you build and carry forward.
The Language. Five versions of how you speak about where you are. Words that are yours, not performed.
The Authority. A restored trust in your own discernment.

Ready to begin? This work is private by design.
Request accessThe Season Between treats this moment as a meaningful threshold. Not something to rush through, hide, or explain away. This work honors the woman beneath the role, the title, the expectation, and the old identity.
If you are looking for someone to tell you what to do next, this is not the right space.
If you need the answer to arrive quickly, this work will frustrate you.
If you are not ready to look honestly at what has actually ended, we are not yet at the beginning.
If you want performance over truth, there are other places better suited to that.
A career. A reputation. A version of yourself that worked, until it did not. You are not lost. You are in between.
From the outside, nothing looks wrong. From the inside, the ground has shifted. You know it. You have not named it yet.
You need precision. A way to understand what this season is asking, and what to do with that answer.
You have spent years being the one who knows. Now you are in a season where you do not, and you refuse to pretend otherwise.
"She did everything right.
The system didn't.
She is the authority now."
